Our business has recently expanded with a new client and is looking for Sales Development Representatives to help support the sales and marketing teams. We focus on developing and enhancing the competitive nature and willingness to lead every potential candidate. This is a valuable opportunity for those who want experience in team leadership, sales, entrepreneurship, and anybody with a competitive mindset. The Sales Representatives main responsibility will be working face-to-face with customers in a retail setting in Raleigh, NC, and surrounding areas.

Sales Development Representative Responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing strong leadership skills to build a high-performance, cross-functional team environment
  • Attending daily office meetings and training to stay up to date with client and industry promotions
  • Managing customer acquisition and retention by driving sales with a high level of customer service
  • Recognizing client's needs and collaborating with team members to deliver results

Sales Development Representative Job Requirements:

  • Competitive individuals with a student mentality
  • Candidates who are serious about a long-term career in a growing industry
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Sales and marketing experience is a plus but not required
